— Eric Ries.
During my master program of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, I fell in love with the design thinking part behind business and all the strategic tools that big corporations or small businesses can use to find the real value that their customers want to experience when using their products or services. Companies can use all these insights to adjust their products or services to improve the customer experience.
“Don’t find customers for your products, find products for your customers”
Seth Godin
On the other hand, another mission that I have in this blog is to encourage business to be more sustainable by reducing their waste, adopting a circular economy, using renewable energy, among other good practices. Nowadays, consumers are more aware of this topic, and they are valuing the effort that some companies are making to reduce their footprint, therefore, consumers prefer to buy from them.
I am eager to explore together more about these business tools and sustainable practices!
